Information we collect

We only collect what you give us:

• From the contact form: your name, email, your baby's age, the sleep challenges you describe, and the package you are interested in.
• When you book a call: your name, email, the time you choose, and your answers to the booking questions.
• Any details you include when you email us directly.

We do not ask children to provide information. Anything about a child is shared by a parent or guardian.

How we use your information

We use it to reply to your message, to schedule and hold your call or program, and to provide the support you signed up for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Services that help us run the site

A few trusted providers process information on our behalf: Cal.com for scheduling, Web3Forms to deliver contact form messages to our email, our website host for serving the site, and our email provider for the messages you send. Each has its own privacy practices, and we ask them to use your information only to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working together and for a reasonable time afterward, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@littlesleepsociety.com and we will help.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself does not use tracking cookies. Embedded tools such as the scheduling calendar may set their own cookies when you use them. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
